We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All data and tools are provided "as is" and may not be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, and use of our Services involves significant risk, including the potential loss of funds.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Trinidad and Tobago. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
